Can I put all my orders in a gift box?Sure, why not! We provide Gift Box service for those who intended to send it as a gift. Simply reach out to us, or leave additional comment upon checkout. Items will be delivered to our HQ about 14 working days and we will box it within 6 hours. Delivery will be done within 48 hours once the box is complete! You may also include a handwritten message in the box. Additional $18 is incurred for this request and we will contact you for updated transaction made. You may PayNow to us after you have made the purchase of the items. This amount includes delivery and boxing service. No self collection is allowed for this service.

I have missing details in my order (eg. missing unit number). What should I do?Please reach out to us immediately. If not, we will only contact you, or when delivery service reached out to us. You may type in the chat box your order number and name, and the missing details. :)

How long does it take for me to receive my items?For Singapore based products, you will receive it within 1 week. For other products, please allow 14 working days for the product to reach your doorstep. After 14 days, feel free to reach out to us if your product still have not arrived. We will update you on the delivery status with tracking number and also drop us a chat in the chat box and we will get back to you as soon as possible! :D

If I have any issues with the item, what should I do?We will reimburse you the amount you have spent for the product and after you have provided proof that the item is broken upon receiving (ie. the day you received it) Feel free to let us know if there are any issues via chat!

How do I navigate this website?Simply select the items from different categories and add them in the cart. Check out the cart and make your payment as soon as you can so that we will process your order.

Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
